Return Policy
If the item you receive is not what you ordered, (including defects, incorrect size or style), simply return it to Shop Tiger Apparel.com within 30 days and we will refund your money or exchange it for something else.
For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition. Any item that shows signs of wear will no longer be in original condition.
Shop Tiger Apparel.com will not accept or process your return if the items are not in their original condition.
Shop Tiger Apparel.com is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
Packaging Instructions for returns:
Return all purchased items with the merchandise in original condition and a copy of your receipt.
For an exchange or refund: please note on the receipt what item you wish to receive in exchange for your merchandise or if you are requesting a refund.
For your protection please use UPS, Insured Parcel Post or Federal Express for shipment.

Clearance Items
Any item marked as Clearance is not considered for any refund or exchange unless the item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase. If a Clearance item is defective an exchange for a similar item is allowed.
Making a Purchase
Shop Tiger Apparel.com only accepts orders for delivery within the United States. Billing information must be with a credit card issued in the United States.
Shop Tiger Apparel.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We accept credit card payment through Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept C.O.D. orders.

Back Orders
At Shop Tiger Apparel.com we attempt to ensure that only available products can be added to your shopping cart. Unfortunately, some products may become unavailable just after your order has been placed. This is called a back order.
You will be notified via e-mail of any back ordered merchandise within 2 business days of your order and the approximate date of when the order will be shipped. Please include your e-mail with all orders.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping charges are based on weight and service zone and will appear on your order summary as you complete the information on our secure order form prior to final checkout. Shipping Fees will be finalized once the total number of packages and weight are confirmed. If there is a difference in cost from the stated shipping fee you will be contacted by email or phone.

Delivery Schedule
All items that are in stock at Shop Tiger Apparel.com will be shipped within 1-3 business days through UPS ground.
Weekends, Holidays and high order volume periods may cause slight delays in shipping. We will get your order out as quickly as possible. You have the option in the Checkout to choose 1st day air or 2nd day air as the shipping method for an additional fee. Shipments may be delayed due to holidays, weather delays while in transit or other unforeseen occurrences.
